After receiving the approval of the Director General, after the investigation and investigation work has been completed, the investigation officer shall send in writing in the format as per Schedule-22 to the relevant public prosecutor's office for the necessary decision, along with his opinion regarding the filing of the case, along with the complete missile, evidence and details.
